We are about to launch many websites and job board in next couple of months and we need to employ someone to handle our projects. We are looking for cost effective method and someone who is top at doing this.

1) Job board : We need someone to make jobboard. For eg. http://www.hcareers.com/, Please bid only if you have ready script or are experienced and have the ability to built similar portal. Will define functions later.

2) Website: In need of 3 websites (5-7 pages each) very creative or similar to www.therethink-group.com

3) Website: Want 2 1 page website for linkedin group purpose.

Please get your designer to do some creative work
on the three images. Tell him to keep dimensions EXACTLY same. We need
transparent images.

These images need to be geared toward pygmy goats.

1. animals.jpg
Please get someting creative regarding Goats related stuff to look cool on the
site. Also Keep the background intact. Dont forget to get the shadow stuff
done.

2. footer_bg.png
I need a good shade of green grass field instead of sky and clouds. Keep it
with light colors.

3. headerimg.jpg
This is most important stuff. Keep rounded corners intact and so is dimensions.
Your designer has full liberty to show his/her creativity here. My suggestion
is have some cute goats wondering on lush green fields or hill slope/top.

Once again, please keep dimensions intact and also color scheme. Its very
soothing. We will need Layered PSDs of these images as well, in case we decide
to slice them up further as per our need.

I am looking to get a logo designed for the company, as well as a colour scheme for the brand identity, website etc. There’s two other sites and logos I’ve had done and these are at purerecruitmenttraining dottt comm and ellismyers dott comm. Please take a look at these. The Bremnus site is going to be identical to Ellis Myers but much more enhanced. I’ll be looking to add another colour to the site, maybe a gold colour, but I’d like for your advice on this.

In terms of the logo itself, it needs to be contemporary yet business like. It could be a play on the B, which is as simplle as the logo in the Ellis Myers site. Or it could simply be a particular font with a colour.

In terms of colours I am very keen to have a scheme that either involves a deep blue, or a red and light grey scheme, although I am open to suggestions. The colour scheme needs to be reflective of the brand. Sharp, clean, uncomplicated, current – much like the other two logos.

I am looking to work with a highly creative logo and brand concept designer. If this is you, please get in touch. For the last logos I used this site and it was quite an arduous process because there was only 1 great true creative designer for every 50 people claiming to be designers but who actually just used stock logos. Please send me your initial thoughts as only responses with graphic representations will be considered.

Also I’d like for you to take a snap shot of the ellis myers front page and show me graphically how you would propose to enance the page by only using colour. I feel it may be a bit sparce and in need of a bit of colour, whether it be the lettering changing when its hovered across, or a light shading on each side. As a designer how would you "complete" this page if give the opportunity as its currently unfinished.
