Dynamic, Custom Wordpress Blog/webpage Design Needed!!

Hi,

We need a dynamic, custom wordpress blog/webpage designed.

With creating this wordpress blog: I need latest and greatest wordpress application.

I will need a video app as I will be posting videos from youtube…..something very nice and professional.

I would like a flash banner created. The blog must have space available for the flash.

ATTENTION: I will need FULL control over ALL details of the site. I know most blogs allow for this I just wanted to make sure you know.

I have some sample sites I like which show site movement characteristics or graphic design style.

Domain is registered. Will need incite/benefits on hosting it on wordpress or the existing host(1and1)
