Job board + Website + Backend

We are about to launch many websites and job board in next couple of months and we need to employ someone to handle our projects. We are looking for cost effective method and someone who is top at doing this.

1) Job board : We need someone to make jobboard. For eg. http://www.hcareers.com/, Please bid only if you have ready script or are experienced and have the ability to built similar portal. Will define functions later.

2) Website: In need of 3 websites (5-7 pages each) very creative or similar to www.therethink-group.com

3) Website: Want 2 1 page website for linkedin group purpose.

4) Backend + Front End website : We want someone to build similar to www.iprofile.net… we are also planning for sales lead programme and hence need backend very similar to mentioned website.
