who can edit or retouch my private photo?

I´ve attached 4 pictures, and I want to choose 1 of them! But I can´t decide which one is the best!
It´s a birthday present and I need someone who can retouch the photo make a topmodel from the person but don´t change much because it shoud be looks natural! You can style the hairs, emphasize the green eyes strongly, maybe you can retouch the skin, the ears or the nose, but you are boss!
